This was by far my favorite episode to record. This episode is about MENTAL HEALTH! This week I had two beautiful ladies named Laniyah and Cierrah on the show. Both ladies attended Ryder University and majored in psychology (Cierrah actually double majored in criminal justice as well). This episode was so informative and open, such a safe space. We touch base on anxiety, depression, the proper vernacular that should be used when dealing with people who have mental health issues. Also, we had an abundance of crazy stories and laughs!
